The NICHE2 Empowerment Guidelines will:

Give policymakers clear, experience-driven recommendations
Promote ICH as a vehicle for EU values—cultural diversity, environmental responsibility, inclusion, and cohesion
Build momentum toward a pan-European ICH Network that’s collaborative, innovative, and resilient
